Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on qualifying orders of $150 or more on our website (French Kiss Couture). To qualify, orders must total $150 or more after any applicable discounts and before adding shipping, handling, and taxes. Please note that French Kiss Couture Gift Cards are not included in the $150 order total. Some exclusions may apply during sales.

International Shipping: Please be aware that due to the impact of COVID-19, there may be occasional delays in package delivery. Our site displays pricing in USD, and the final conversion rate depends on the credit card company used for the transaction.

Please note that customs procedures in your country may occasionally cause delivery delays. The duration of customs inspection is beyond our control, and some countries may impose tariffs after accepting the package. We recommend checking with your local post office to determine whether additional customs fees apply, as French Kiss Couture (FKC) does not cover such charges. FKC is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other related charges.

Cancellations and Order Changes: If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please notify us within 2 hours of placing your order. Changes to orders must be communicated via email or verbally to our customer service team.

Please be aware that errors in billing and shipping information may result in local post office handling. If the issue cannot be resolved with the post office, the package will be returned to us, and we will contact you to address any discrepancies. Customer mistakes may incur additional shipping costs.

Returns: Errors made by the customer do not exempt our return policy. After thorough investigation, we reserve the right to issue merchandise or store credit for returns or order cancellations.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Once tracking has been issued, the customer assumes all responsibility. In cases of lost or stolen packages, please contact your local USPS office to request a trace on your package. Unclaimed packages that are returned may incur additional shipping costs for resending.
Pickup Orders: Customers selecting the pickup option will receive email and/or SMS notifications when their orders are ready for collection. To collect your order, you must present your order confirmation and a valid government-issued photo ID.

Please retrieve your pickup orders within seven (7) days from the date of arrival at the designated pickup location. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be returned, and a store credit will be issued.
